Linda Thomas Linda serves as the starting point for every client in determining needs and selecting appropriate services. She has extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising, public relations and publishing. Her career began as a House Photographer for the Illinois House Republican Press Office and Photographer for Illinois Governor Jim Thompson. She went on to win national fashion photography awards for Bacarach's catalogs. In 1982, she founded and published the successful Florida Business Journal, the area's first business publication, serving a multi-county Southwest Florida area. After selling the publication to Tampa Bay Business, she formed the InterAd Advertising Agency, serving such clients as Wellcraft Marine Corporation, Ram Financial, Abel Band and numerous others. Later, she formed Thomas & Brannan Creative Communications with Sheila Brannan Longo, former editor of the Florida Business Journal.
Sheila Brannan Longo Sheila oversees positioning and copy development for client products and services, including collateral, print and broadcast advertising, direct mail and interactive media. She has more than 25 years of award-winning creative, copywriting, publishing and public relations experience in a broad range of industries, including real estate, tourism, financial services, health care, mental health care, manufacturing and retirement. In the 1980s, Sheila joined Linda Thomas to serve as editor of Florida Business Journal, the area's first business publication, then became editor of Business Digest, the Sarasota-Manatee franchise of a chain of business magazines. She later moved into the advertising field, serving as vice president of Howard Skelton Associates, a Sarasota advertising agency, then as a successful freelance copywriter for many years. She holds a B.S. in Communications and an M.B.A in International Trade, and has been active in the Advertising Federation of the Suncoast since 1998.
George Brannan Working over the internet from his home in El Paso, Texas, George writes copy for Thomas & Brannan. A fine artist, he applies an artist's temperament and passion to whatever he does. In his spare time, he can be found writing C++ code or web pages. His other interests include writing science fiction and children's stories.
